Hiking paths
Is there a better way to get moving and relax at the same time? In the entire area of Orebić Municipality, there are marked hiking paths. These are entered
into the map which you can get in all tourist information centres. The paths will lead you alongside the sea, into the olive-grooves and through small villages,
inhabited or deserted.

Mountain paths
Mountian paths to St. Ilija are marked by standard markings. 3 routes are marked as shown on our map. St. Ilija is abundant in Mediterranean herbs, it is
also a habitat of moufflons, while at the mere peak, you will enjoy one of the best views on the Mediterranean.
MEDITERRANEAN - MOUNTAIN AREA OF ST. ILIJA MASSIF IS A UNIQUE TERRITORY ON CROATIAN COAST
WHICH SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM ANY KIND OF HUMAN IMPACT!
Estimate well your physical fitness because you will need 4 hours to get to the top of the highest peak of Pelješac. Plan to leave early in the morning and
make sure you have a map as well as numbers of the help line for The Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGSS) - station Orebić. St. Ilija is a favourite
among mountaineers, but make sure you have read our
